The FISCHER system structure

The measured values needed to operate your machinery are acquired locally. The electronics convert the measuring signals and check results to ensure they are within the defined limits.

If any of these limit values is exceeded the electronics issues a report by SMS, e-mail, or fax so that the responsible technician can react without delay. You can thus detect wear and tear or failure very early on and avoid damage to equipment, hazards for the environment, and even potential injury to personnel. The plant operator can thus obtain an overview of the status of the whole system at any time via a system-inherent web server and the web browser on the PC – and all this without any special software and without expensive and time-consuming special training.

FISCHER process optimization

FISCHER offers you comprehensive, all-embracing solutions based on the measuring, instrumentation, and control of physical variables such as pressure, differential pressure, temperature, level monitoring, and flowrate.
We can on request also supplement such systems with other measuring procedures. We thus set up a system architecture that meets your specific requirements for trouble-free, smooth-running, and economical production processes on your machinery.

Thanks to the use of FISCHER instrumentation
and control engineering you can streamline
and optimize your production processes
and obtain the following advantages:

  • Detect weakpoints
    (with the associated values)
  • Detect leaks, reduce losses
  • Cut consumption
  • Lower operating costs

The following FISCHER components have been used in this system structure:
Pressure measurement
Differential pressure measurement
Temperature measurement
Level measurement
Signal processing
